Step 1 – Contact Slate Property Management – Registration Process
It’s FREE and only takes a minute. It’s important to ensure that all aspects of the form are completed correctly and our residential property manager will contact you the same business day. We will work with you to design a property management agreement that gives you, the property owner, a high return on investment (ROI).
Step 2 – Prepare Your Property
Once you have registered and we have created your residential property agreement, we will start the process of preparing your rental property for potential renters. Our account managers will research the rental profile for your area and provide you with a comprehensive plan to get the most rental income from your property.
Step 3 – Design a Marketing Plan
The best residential properties don’t stay on the market for long because a custom marketing plan attracts multiple renters in a short period of time. It is not uncommon to get multiple tenants to bid for your property. Our residential property management team will design and implement a marketing plan that encompasses local and online advertising. We leverage our experience in social media as well as search engine marketing.
Step 4 - Screen the Applicants and Coordinate the Move In
We offer a quick and easy applicant screening process that will allow you to select the best tenants for your property. After the tenant has been selected Slate Property Management will coordinate the move in and handle all aspects of the move.
Step 5 – Start Receiving Your Monthly Check
Payments are sent out on the 11th of every month. We can mail you the check or deposit the money directly to an account that you choose.
